Aside from Borealis the Grand Seiko SBGA031 for me

I have my dream watches, both of them (Spork and Bullhead, they were my grails for years and got them both)...but if I had unlimited watch funds I would probably complete them with original Willard, Aliens and Seiko ANA
(actually, I had a homage - Dagaz Typhoon for a while)
I am really not into swiss watches (although I had a few, mostly vintage ones but also a Oris TT1 diver) but one that caught my eyes was the Tudor Pelagos. My friend has it, it is truly a stunning timepiece.

Don't know if it's my all time "dream" watch, but the Chopard Monaco gets me a bit giddy (it better, for almost $8k!!!):
More realistically I'd love a Dagaz Tsunami "Caribbean" or Artego (300m or 500m)... they aren't particularly expensive, but they are hard to come by- whenever I'm in a position where I could swing buying one of them they are nowhere to be found!

Love the Grand Seiko SBGA031 (@admin) and the Omega Speedmaster Apollo 11 45th (@dhfraktur), obviously 2 pieces on my short "dream watches" list... But Breguet still stands first, among others :
