What do you time with your watch?

From all that I've read on this forum, it seems most people here are primarily dive watch fanatics. That said, they historically have movable bezels and some even have a chronograph. I use mine on occassion for work related tasks, but primarily it's to time laundry, food on to just see how long a comute is.
So, my question is simply this: With the timing bezels (or chronographs) on your watches, what do you time in everyday life?

I would imagine that would get tricky as staring at a watch could get a heart racing faster. At least I know that's how I get.

I can't remember if I really ever used it for anything.. Occasionally I would just let it run just to watch it snap back into place when I was bored ha

I don't use the bezel at all, I prefer it to sit perfectly aligned at 12 o'clock, lol.
