I still love the black dial that I ordered, but the white sure looks great, too! It appears in the photos that the clearance between the crown after it's screwed in and the bezel is pretty narrow. Nothing wrong with close tolerances as long as they don't come in contact with each other.

I haven't been this excited about a new watch in years. I can't wait to get mine!

Ordering a second watch of a given model goes against my "watch-ethics" but I admit to being very very seriously tempted to order a white-plongeur model to accompany my black-modern...

The white dial plongeur is the one I ordered and I already have the strap for it.

HI there, ordered a Black prolongeur. But now i would prefer a modern hands black. Anybody wants to Change bis pre Order to prolongeur please pm me to handle change with Maria.

I'm not proud of this but I went ahead and just pre-ordered the White plongeur version (although I keep waivering back and forth between modern and plongeur but I guess I'm stuck with the plongeur now).

I see the black modern- Design A has sold out [ seeing it was the less voted on ] I did like that, any more coming in near future Maria, or waiting to sell remaining designs first. I'm not overly fond of the sword hand myself / even if more practical from dive point of view. Still digging my orange Sea Dragon in the meantime- so no rush :D

Not 100% sure, but my understanding was that the scorpionfish is a one-of opportunity that Maria caught and therefore there are 100 cases to be sold and that will then be the end of it.
So if you're hot for one of the models that's still available jump on it, there might well be only one very last to be available.

This point was covered back somewhere around page 22 with a quote from borealis saying they had the opportunity to work a project with 100 cases from a parent company. No- one has come back to confirm this yet but evidence does suggest Pakz is correct. If this is the case then the first 100 buyers are going to be very happy (y) myself included ;) great to see a lot of happy Sea Dragon owners too.

I ordered the black plongeur. Can't wait! Also tempted by the white dial, but I'm trying to maintain discipline ha!

Phlabrooy that's great to know. Thanks for posting as there were a lot of curious WIS wanting to know this. Even at a low production of 190 units it's still LTD too me. Did Maria indicate what the split ratio might be or is it just what people order? The web site says 'black dial, modern hands has sold out' still the case?

Information is for sharing, right ?
I did try to find out how many of each version would be produced, but didn't manage to get an answer for that.
I guess they will produce as the demand for each version.
Perhaps Maria could answer if there are any more blacl dial, modern hands to come ?

Once a version of the Scorpionfish gets sold out no more will be available as factory had a limited number of cases. Only thing that can occur is someone to buy and to ask to cancel their order making then stock available.

To update on project factory said that they should finalize production early next week.
