Vostok Help?

I think this is some sort of Amphibia, but I found it for pretty cheap and it doesn't work.. Could it be an easy issue or is it now just a decoration watch, ha? I haven't tried opening it up and even if I did I doubt I would know what to look for. Even if it never works again I really like it and I'll probably wear it when I find a watch shop here in China that has 20mm pins.
Maybe I'll use this for some modding practice? Still not sure what I want to do, but just wondering if anyone has any experience with these. I know I'm being a little vague with what the problem exactly is and thats because I forgot. I'll tinker with it again here soon and if anyone responds I'll look more into it.

I think best option is for you to buy a replacement movement. You can find for instance here on ebay

Now the question is if it is worth the cost of replacement. As for 20mm pins you should be able to find it easier in taobao since you're now living in China.

Thats true, but taobao is a whole different beast than ebay that I am still figuring out ha. I'm kinda hoping to find a local watchshop anyway to start a relationship with as I'll be here for 4 years at least.

Thanks for the idea of just replacing the whole movement! I never thought of that. Not sure if its worth it though? That movement is more expensive than the watch was.. but we'll see. I'll probably feel differently tomorrow.
