I guess I'm late to the party!

I like the initial rendering. Two suggestions might be an orange-outlined minutes hand and a white-on-black date complication. Otherwise, I see no need for further changes at this time.

oh yeah... and i really hope your next project is a field watch instead of another diver....
i love divers, just like to mix it up sometimes.

Not late whatsoever as design is not closed and opinion of all is very important!
You mean changes to this render, right?

How about using a sapphire bezel, to make it a bit more unique? Another vote for 22 mm lugs ( or make the diameter larger, 45 mm?)

We have been offered a total of 100 cases from factory to make this project. We have to use what they offer so can't tell at this stage if we are able to make it 22mm instead of offered 24mm.

As quantity offered will be small will be difficult to offer different dial colors as factory requires a minimum order of 100 dials on each variant.

A sapphire bezel can be made but will increase costs. Are you willing to pay $40/$50 USD extra even though we haven't discussed yet sales price?

Only a hundred? uh oh, gonna go quick!

color is fine as i prefer black anyways.

I would prefer not to pay more for a sapphire bezel personally as i really like the look of ceramic and because i am a cheap bastard... is this something that could be optional or is that not economically viable?

I would change the second hand to a white hand, with an orange tip...
i like this idea, though i would hope for a slightly larger tip than is shown...
something about these hour and minute hands comes across as kinda boring to me,
though i do like how the shape and the width of them matches up nicely with the rectangular indices and how that size and shape is then reflected by the little dashes on the bezel

Got confirmation from factory that lugs can't be changed as cases are already produced so we have to stick to 24mm. Take it or leave it.

As for the HEV will be located in the bottom lug at 6 o'clock.

Ceramic is polished as in the Seafarer but lumed.

We will use a 5 link bracelet that will taper from 24mm to 20mm and use same diver extension buckle as in the Borealis Sea Hawk.

Tough to say whether the 24mm is a deal breaker until we can see some more renders...
hidden HEV is a nice compromise between not having one and having it at 9 o'clock...
bummer about the bezel, i REALLY like the matte of the SeaHawk...
24 to 20 is quite a taper, i'd be interested to see how that works out...
just please don't do two-toned effect with polished bits as on the Scout Sniper.

Sorry, last post got lost in translation somewhere. My preference is still along the lines of the original rendering but with the inclusion of an orange outlined minute hand.

Given that we're tied to 24mm lug width, is the bracelet a necessity (I agree, 24 to 20 is a large taper), or can we do without the bracelet and go with a 24mm Iso/cuda frane rubber strap instead? I think a rubber strap is in keeping with the style of the watch, will minimize the effect of the 24mm width (and may even help with the pricing!).

i am curious, are the hands and indices shown intended to have chrome outlines or are they white on white? My preference would be chrome.

Hands (hours, minutes) would be chromed and seconds hand maybe white with orange tip.

24 to 20mm is not that bad. I guess the Helberg CH7 also tapers from 24mm to 20mm on buckle.
