That's probably due to the reflection/refraction on the crystal, to me the dial looks grey/brown most of the times.

On mine the patina is starting to show up on non polished surfaces. I've a Portus Cale with white lume and I can confirm it's weaker and lasts less than the C3X1 on the Adraga.

I use cape cod polish pad to bring back shinny but do it gently that i like a little darker reddish brown looks. Try not to overdo it.

In my quest to find alternative strap combos for my Borealis Adraga, I took this orange rubber strap from a junk watch that I had laying around here and, by mere chance, its rounded ends almost conform perfectly to the shape of the case. I also replaced the buckle with the bronze one of the stock leather strap. The orange colour somewhat matches with the orange text of the model name and the tip of the seconds hand but, does this look too ridiculous to you and I've just wasted my time? Also, are you considering testing other strap combos on your watch? Share your suggestions here.
Not ridiculous at all... Just more adequate for a sportier looking watch. While shinny I believe this watch takes more of a dress watch look then a field one. Later with bronze patina it will come into it's true field nature. That being said and given the smaller size I believe a classic leather brown or grey tapered strap is what I'm looking for.

Good experiment. Depends what are going to dress with it. In the summer with good sun to the beach, wearing some shorts and t shirts. Great looking young and funky.

Put this black sailcloth Bradystrap with gold stitching on my Adraga. I think it goes well with it!

Finally, my watch arrived today. It's just so beautiful to see and the watch is super sharp. Can't say enough how much I love it and thanks Carlos and Co did a excellent jobs. Will post some pictures tomorrow.
