Pre-Order Borealis Batial - Deep Diver 3000m CuSn8 Bronze Watch

For those interested - the new black straps are now available on the Borealis store. The order number for my purchase of one also correctly applied the mentioned 15% discount to the Batial brown dial I just preordered :)

The new rubber straps that I ordered arrived in the US today - very impressed at the quality for the price. Nice thickness, pliable, logo buckle - glad I ordered 2 (1 is $15+$10 shipping, 2 were $30+$10 shipping so the first strap is $25 shipped and the added strap only cost an extra $15).

Excellent value on these straps and I was able to use that order number to get a 15% discount when I placed my order for the Batial and the Seafarer II.

Nicely done on the new vulcanized rubber formula Maria - these straps are great!

And finally the November pay-check arrived.
So I've ordered the Batial in Blue, no date... (along with the Estoril in blue, big triangle, no date, and the SeaFarer II in blue and orange... yeah, it was a big pay-check!) all of them with the coupon gotten from the purchase of a rubber strap.

Now... the wait (well, won't be tooo long for the strap)

Hi Maria - by chance will extra bronze buckles be produced and available to purchase separately? It would be nice to be able to purchase when making the final 50% payment where it could be shipped with the watch (and not incur separate shipping charges). I'm guessing others may be interested in purchasing an extra buckle too.

We haven't considered that option. Not sure how viable would be as we placed order with factory for the watches with buckles and to make those factory already ordered the correct amount of bronze. If we are to make additional buckles factory needs to order additional bronze bars even if for making 5-10 buckles so not sure if price would be advantageous to all due to MOQ.

Nice... a perfect appetizer!

can't wait to see more parts of the proto... and eventually the actual prototype!

Hi Maria, many watches on bronze have an steel crown with bronze cap because of softer Material. Will the batial have that too? If Yes what is the reason for that and How is that ca fixed. Got an Issue with another bronzo that lost cap because its just glued on steel crown what is very disappointing.

Marc
