Pre-Order Borealis Estoril 300m Automatic

I'd like to see a few color/stripe variations offered. If not, I hope the stock strap is a black grey five stripe. Most important feature is length. 300mm Please.
Well, it's not like you couldn't get a very decent nato of the colour(s) of your choosing for $8 shipped...

Yeah... most NATO straps are affordable. And most are too short to wear nicely on my wrist.
Wow!!!!
They're designed to be worn over a wet suit (and that works for real for most people). You must have really massive wrists (more than 9 inches?). I truly understand your plight (even if I only have smallish 8" wrists and never have run into a NATO really to short to wear) but you have to realize that the average wrist size seems to be about 6.5 to 6.7 inches and longer straps/bracelets often cause problems.

I tend to agree - most are 275mm and that's not long enough to fit back through both keepers on a 7.5" wrist - 290 material, or 300 overall, is about bang on for me.

,Hey Putz, er, sorry, pukz, or what ever your name is... Go troll else where, would ya?
Wow,
Really wow. You come out of nowhere with demands that are plain ridiculous. You seem not even to bother reading the whole thread... And then you're unhappy and call people names? All for natos? I was giving you the benefit of the doubt but really, no, you are either a real idiot or a really bad troll. Get lost!

I don't know. I've never really paid attention to the length of the stuff, just buying them when I liked the colors and I don't have any that's really too short. Some, I'll give you that, I get the flap back in the second buckle but it doesn't go much further.
Still, my wrist is between 7.75" and 8"...
It might be that I've been lucky... Or that the "too short" Natos are not that frequent.

All I did was offer my preferences for a color and length of the strap we'll get. Two responses slamming my input were typical of know-it-all-forumholes. I'd prefer the mod delete this section of thread, and have suggested such.

Well, here's a 275 mm nato (I checked, and sure enough it's the shortest I have, but it still works very well on me) on a 7.9" wrist:

Sure, the flap doesn't come all the way in back a second time in the keeper, as you may see in the picture. But it comes in and stays there and looks good and is comfortable. I totally would have preferred one inch more of fabric. But... I understand that most people do have wrists that are less that 7" and for them that would be a wayyy to long strap in most occasions.

Came across this pic on the net .....
Wonder if the blue Estoril will look something like this ???

Regards,
Isn't that SM300 black? Sure some reflections are blue-ish, but I guess the blue Estoril will look a bit like that... but in a blue that will be several shades lighter.

Nice strap for your white Sea Dragon, Pakz. Looks great!

I own several NATO's. The ones that are 290/300 are nicer is all. For those out there with even 6" wrists, the folding back eats up twice the extra length, so a 12" strap shouldn't be an issue. (and they can be trimmed)

I would actually suggest that NATOs could be made longer. For us smaller-wristed people, there is an easy solution: :)

Yes, it probably is black, but from the lighting and angle it appears blue !
I was just thinking that the blue Estoril might look a bit like that particular shade of blue.
I don't really think that the Pantone colour is going to be that much lighter ...

I think it'll be bit lighter. Not massively so, but lighter. But reflections will play a lot, I suppose and with the sapphire crystal and sapphire insert, reflections will very likely be gorgeous!

Wow! It really looks cool!
I like the blue shade of the bezel.
Thanks for keeping us informed.

I really like this project, but haven't ordered yet due to concerns about the size for small-wristed people like myself. Is there likely to be a fully-assembled prototype wrist shot or two (preferably with dial fitted) prior to the pre-order discount period running out at the end of the year?
