let's get this seconds hand back in play

On last poll made we could see there was almost a tie between 2 of the versions offered. Therefore we closed that poll and now we are proposing a new one with the 2 most popular versions + a new one which brings out a new hands set + a Japy alike turbine bezel.

That is a completely different type of watch and bezel we are paying tribute to is the Japy one.

There won't be drilled lugs on the Seafarer II . If you like that watch I recommend you to buy the H2O as it is a great value watch.

As much as I love V1 I must say I like V3 even more, and this is coming from a previous Seafarer owner, I just feel the new bezel and hand set gives it a whole new twist, Rather than using generic style bezel it makes the watch look much more unique.

But please change the Sec hand so it has the Orange tip? like in V2, and yes shorter L2L is always good.

L2L is shorter already compared to the Seafarer I . The Borealis Seafarer II will have a lug to lug of 53mm compared to previous generation of 55mm. If made shorter watch will not look well as then bezel will have to be reduced together with dial.

Yes, leave it as is. Too many changes, too many cooks spoiling the broth already.

I will have to see side-on renders of this with the turbine bezel before agreeing to purchase. I certainly prefer the hands of version 3 in this new poll. If the turbine isn't too aggressive looking in the renders, I may still be in this. But we'll see. I thought the original bezel edging was perfectly good already and didn't need changing.

Tough one to decide as I like the hands on version 1 much better & the turbine bezel on version 3, too bad they can't be combined.

OK I just put my vote in for version 3, however adding an orange tip to the second hand would bring in or compliment the orange minute hand very nicely.

Combination #3 has now got me genuinely excited about this project. Before, I was attracted mostly to the amazing specs that challenged the DSSD numbers but now it is also about the design elements. Bezel, hands, proportions, colors... I am in. The Missus will no doubt be less than pleased but that is a problem for another time. So, as Pakz said, PLEASE Maria.... Take My Money!!
