Many watch collectors purchase Seiko and Citizen watches as a mod project so they can make their own watch project.

Are you a watch modder or do you have a Seiko or Citizen Mod? Showcase them here on this thread (let it be a different bezel, sapphire crystal upgrade, dial mod, different hands set, different crown, strap, bracelet, full project).

We can find below some examples taken from the web

the only seiko i have modified so far, it's a vintage 6309 :
- change the crystal to sapphire dome
- change the dial & hands
- change the crown, chapter ring & bezel insert
- change all gaskets
- clean the case & parts

i haven't been brave enough to try my own mod yet...
i'm still new to this whole thing...
i did just order this from Dagaz though:
