I'm excited to see this kind of progress in early July. I noticed the only size available in Borealis orange band is 22mm. I hope they have other band options in 24mm we can add to our Scorpionfish orders before they ship.

I have asked this question of Maria already as soon as I saw what an awesome job they did with the leather strap for the Sea Dragon. Sadly for the Scorpionfish the bracelet is the only option (that I know of) so you will definitely be looking after market for 24mm

I'm not partial to silicone. Besides, the one from strapcode is 120 x 70mm, better for a small wrist. This is the orange strap I intend to get. I've owned other BC 321s in black and it's a very good, very comfortable strap. There's not much to Bonetto Cinturini buckles, so I'll probably upgrade to a nicer thumhnail.

Thanks ChuckW.... It is nice to know that there are alternate choices out there.

I see the discount coupon:
SCORPIONFISHFORUM10
It's expired.

Is there some other coupon to reserve the Scorpionfish?

Is there any word on deliveries yet ? Has production been delayed?
If you read a few posts above you will find that watches are being assembled at factory. We are going to receive soon a first sample from production so that we can then give a final OK for watches to be complete and delivered to us.

Anyone else getting excited about these watches? I am really looking forward to getting this monster on my wrist. I am desk diving with the Seahawk currently and am happy every time I put it on. I hope Borealis can continue to to come up with exciting and interesting projects in the years to come. Thanks, Maria and the rest of the Borealis team.

You're not alone in the excitement. I'm refreshing this thread at least 2x/day to see updates.

IMHO, the attention is almost comparable to when Artego first announced their 300m dive watch years ago. I look at the Scorpionfish in the same light, where it pays homage to iconic dive watch designs with its one, tasteful touches yet is packed to the gills with features found on much more expensive dive watches at a ridiculous value.

Certainly can't wait for my black dial/plongeur Scorpionfish. More prototype wrist shots please!

Great reply DrNikolai, freshing this thread 2x a day at best is the minimum amount  I thinks it's fair to say that everyone who preordered this piece did so because they saw something unique (yes even in a homage), something of quality, something timeless and something us mere mortals can afford while feeling exclusive and proud of what hugs our wrist. Not long to go and as with all of you, I know the wait will be worth it.

hmm, now I'm thinking I should've ordered the white dial version... Any new pictures of the domed crystal? Great to see progress on this project - one of most interesting watches to come this year IMO.

WOW - those look stunning! This is the watch buy of the year - glad I have both dial colors on order! Those on the fence should jump and order before the price goes up (and before other dial choices sell out).
