How would you compare the SD and SF from the on-wrist feel and comfort for daily wear viewpoints?
I had considered the black SD but changed my mind in the last minute and opted for the white Plongeur SF. I do have 6.25" skinny wrists and feared that the SD with 50.5 mm lug-to-lug dimension may be a little too much wrist presence for me! My SF is currently in transit.

Got the new Scorpionfish in today along with my Sea Dragon...really nice...the both of them! Surprised that the size was good on the 44mm Sea Dragon, as I am used to 50mm and up pieces..I am really impressed and looking forward to the next release you have coming! Thanks to the excellent Sales team you have (Maria). and keep up the good work!

Just to add a few things on the hex tool. Lucky that I read it was in a small brown separate package and that I had kept (for whatever reason) the main package. I looked in it and... lo and behold, here it was!!
Works perfectly (and that was a good thing since two of the four lug screws were not fully tight.
Anyhow, I think that most people saying they didn't get it are in my situation: had it, missed it... possibly threw it.

Well after 3 days my SF.has maintained +3sec/24hrs.. Its also made it thru my 30min pool exercise. Congrats to all that picked up the SF..cheers Steve

My high expectations for the Scorpionfish have been exceeded - the watch is fantastic. The sapphire crystal and lumed ceramic bezel really stand out, I love the case/bracelet/clasp, 2000m water resistant and I'm happy with the choice of plongeur hands on the white and black dial versions that I picked up. After timing for a week, both watches are keeping COSC time - these movements must have been regulated nicely. I put Loctite 222 on all the screws as suggested by Maria, (on all 4 hex screws at the case and each bracelet link screw) so I'm set there (speaking of the link screws, I really like the single screw system for the bracelet links - was very easy to work with). Definitely has my vote as the best watch buy of 2015. Nicely done Maria and everyone at Borealis! It is still a good value at $390 if anyone missed out on the pre-order special - get one before they are gone!
I was surprised my white dial showed up yesterday. USPS tracking for the last four days has showed it as having been processed through ISC New York and nothing more. This morning, tracking still doesn't say it was delivered. I'm impressed by the quality for value of the watch, but I'm not sure if I'll be wearing it on the bracelet. The BC 321 rubber seems a better choice and I may get a modestly priced mesh for it, too.

Verified that the hex tool is included. Just got to be careful for mistaking the small packet as part of the packaging -- mostly bc the packet is made of packaging.

A quick comparison to an equally sizeable daily wearer: my Ocean7 LM-7 pro.
Here is a view of the crown unscrewed – which is undeniably smooth to screw/unscrew. The case machining underneath the crown doesn’t eliminate as much of the peak from its Crepas L’Ocean counterpart, and it looks really nice.
Examining the lugs, you’ll notice how the left & right lug holes are partly threaded. This allows the hex lug bars to be individually screwed directly into the case & not into each other. Unsure of how I feel about that, but it gives me a better idea of how Crepas was able to replicate the 6:00 crown as per the original ZRC: short, hex lug bars which keep the bracelet/strap attached to the case while allowing clearance for the crown.
The bracelet is fantastic, but I always intended the SF to be on a strap.
Now the SF joins the rotation of my daily wearers.
Kudos to Maria & the Borealis team for a timepiece well done!

Received my White dial/Plongeur hands SF today, and I must honestly say that I have mixed feelings.
The Good - clear, nicely done dial, case has excellent fit and finish, awesome dome sapphire crystal, solid crown feel and operation, smooth Miyota Movement, quality ceramic bezel, and the Lume is strong and well applied.
The Not So Good - the bezel is extremely hard to turn even after rotating it for more than 5 minutes, the hour Plongeur hand's metal edge appears scratched in the sunlight and looks out place and unfinished against the polished surrounds of the hour markers, and the bracelet is very disappointing overall. After tightening 3 of 4 lug screws I tried to remove (all) 4 links so as to fit my 7" wrist. Two link screws turned without coming out, finally I was able to push them out using a pin punch while unscrewing, I also found that the tolerances between the 5 links is too tight, as the links were very hard to separate and then re-attach. I also found the sides of the 3 micro hole adjustment piece bent out, I carefully used a padded plier to bend correct, but then found that the attached link became inflexible to move. Even sizing the bracelet to its smallest possible size, I still find it too big for a comfortable fit, there should have been another removable link or half link IMO.
Overall IMHO, this watch is worth what I paid, but not more, I prefer my 2 Sea Dragons and believe they offer a better value. I also think Maria and team have done a wonderful job building their company and offering unique timepieces, but as they grow, they must incorporate better quality control.
I look forward to their future offerings.

I'm with you on that. I received my black dial/plonguer yesterday. It looks great right out of the box. Then I tried to rotate the bezel. It took way too much effort to move it. The bezel will be impossible to use underwater. I haven't tried to size the bracelet, because I am not certain I'm going to keep the watch.
Sorry you both had such bezels. My black/plongeur bezel didn't have that issue at all -- unidirectional rotation with relative ease, very little play.
Mine doesn't seem to be 120-clicks, rather multiple micro-adjustments to time can be done between every 5-minute indices; almost up to 20 clicks per every 5-min indices by my count. Some might consider that a downside, but I think it's a positive. it's like having the micro-adjustment of friction bezels with the unidirectional locking of 60/120-click bezels. Neato.

Mine arrived today. Four links out of the bracelet and it fits perfectly. It looks beautiful, and the quality is very high, especially for the price (as everyone here obviously knows). The bezel is slightly misaligned, and the supplied hex screwdriver doesn't seem to fit the screws (thankfully, all the screws appear tight, so it's pretty much a non-issue for me).

I had similar trouble resizing my bracelet, but got it all worked out in the end, thankfully.
While the Scorpionfish is clearly a high quality watch, I still think Borealis' best watch, so far, is the Sea Hawk. I think that one got more things right in terms of aesthetics, size, fit, bracelet etc. etc. The SF, while good, is a rung or two below the SH IMHO.
The bezel resistance can be easily adjusted.
If you remove bezel you will find a ring with 2 click wires. To make bezel tighter they need to be pushed upwards. To make bezel less tight when clicking they have to be pushed downwards. This way it is easy to adjust clicks of bezel to personal taste.
