I would go for the Omega one. Is blue color a must? That watch looks nicer in white for my taste.

Quartz would be a fine option for a lady, most of them anyway don't care about automatics.
Both your options are really good even tho the trend nowadays are women wearing bigger watches, just check how many wear rolex milgauss considered now a unisex watch.
