Sport lady watch

No white seamaster, just blue and black.
Quartz would be a fine option for a lady, most of them anyway don't care about automatics.
Both your options are really good even tho the trend nowadays are women wearing bigger watches, just check how many wear rolex milgauss considered now a unisex watch.

Sorry I haven't checked if a white dial exists. Was my influence from having a white planet ocean.

Important of all is for you to make sure the woman you are offering it likes it in terms of color and style.

Quartz watches with small diamonds are also nice and some can be found within that budget. Myself bought once an Ebel ladies quartz with small diamonds on dial that was on sale for less than your budget's maximum.

Might want to consider the size of the watch. More women are into big watches nowadays specially sport watches.
My wife loves her big Philip Stein and the Technomarine. Just a suggestion Sir.
