Same on my side with the message :

"Hello, your Borealis Navale is now ready for shipping."

Truly? May I expect to receive it in very few days?
What is the delivery time?

Got mine! Fabulous! Put mine on the Timegrapher and it's showing off by 0.0 seconds a day. Verifying day by day and it's holding. Switched band to a Green Leather band (I got the black Navale) and it looks stunning. Interesting pins holding the stock band on...

Like the look of that Green Leather Band. Which is it? Did you have any issue with the clasp side given its so wide?

It's from B and R Bands (bandrbands.com). It's a Horween leather band. No issue with the width since I prefer straight bands instead of tapered. The band comes with the buckle in SS. I do have to purchase 22mm Bronze buckles separately. I've found them several places like E-bay and Etsy. They're not an exact match to the color but once they Patina, they are close. I've had great success with B and R bands. Selection is good, Quality is the best I've seen, shipping is quick, Paypal easy...

Yep. I got the same model variant as you. But I'm not very impressed.

The good parts:
- miyota movement is very quiet in this bronze "cage"
- also runs pretty accurate.
- confortabile & easy to operate unidirectional bezel
- extremely well executed date window (almost invisible) who blends good with the rest of the dial, with the help of the black background of date wheel
- useful white inner bezel minute markings, which make the time reading more accurate than relying on outer bezel.

And now the NOT SO GOOD aspects:
- the watch looks way too chuncky IRL than in the photos
- the shiny copper/bronze color watch hands reminds me of a cheap Chinese piece. Maybe in time they will get patina? (although for what I've remember they're made of aluminum and then coated) - maybe Carlos can bring more infos on this..
- lume is really DISAPPOINTING. yep, I know it's a sandwich dial and the light needs more time to reach the lumed surface, but it's not lasting long. The Prometheus Eagle Ray is a much better option.
- the rubber strap is stiff and bronze buckle is quite hard (and annoying) to close through the strap.
- I would prefer a numbered serial on the caseback (yes, I was aware it will not be there since pre-order). BUT it would be nice to have it..
- the crystal is very slightly domed, almost plate. I was hoping for a more domed glass

Overall, for me, the watch receives 5 points out of 10.... Yes, wearable, BUT hasn't got the WOW factor.

First time I hear anyone in thousands to complain about our rubber straps. They are anything but stiff. As you simply do not like the watch (we all have different tastes) you are better off to pass the love to someone that will appreciate it.

The watch specs and sizes have been public since pre-order. Cushion cases wear larger compared to rounder cases (less squarish).

Yep, I knew you will get a defensive position.... fast & soon (which is very understandable because you represent/produce them)
I do like the watches in general (maybe a bit on a classier side) and the lines wrote above were just meant to share my thoughts on this product (as anyone else on this forum). It has +/- No need to be that defensive (I also wrote GOOD things about it, you know).

Definitely not a 5 in my book. If you do not like it I will buy it from you. Many people interested in the Navale.

Wow, one thing is sure, that watch makes people talking, so that's good! :giggle:

I've to admit that the rubber strap was also quite complicated, it seems that it may be a little bit too thick and i've compared with other similar rubber strap (exactly the same model) i didn't have the same difficulties to attach, so my thought is that the production batch strap is not fully compliant with the original specifications. Rubber strap has been removed and placed in the Borealis Navale box.

I've verified Movement precision and result is +7s/day on my 9015, pretty good result by the way. The blue dial is just crazy, awesome, deep, i cannot take my eyes out of it! Something that may be could be solved with optional after market is the bezel... damned, that looks so cheap, a non charming plastic piece, a pity. even for a 50USD extra cost, a ceramic bezel would have been so much more qualitative and impressive.

Anyway, that was some smalls "cons" for my point of view... i means, "it was", after a forced patina treatment indeed. When the watch has come, i was quite disappointed due to the case color. Let me explain that, i have several Brass & Bronze watches and this Navale case was not as other brass/bronze watch cases but more as a kind of "pink gold" or copper case.

So, forced patina has changed my point of view on this watch, my first impression was "ok, fine, but not so great" but now, this timepiece has earn his place beside my others favorite ones.

Just got my fumed blue dial, no bezel, and I have to say, I think you guys hit this one out of the park. It's substantial but perfectly wearable. The dial is gorgeous, the date window is perfect, the mix of polished and matted bronze is interesting. I am super, super pleased with this one guys!
