Lume is BGW9. Not as strong as C3 but about 90-95% as strong and more visually appealing in my opinion for this type of watch.

Totally agree with you Maria,
it might not be exactly as strong as C3 but 1° it seems to last a tad longer and 2° it's so much better looking in daylight, not having that "sick greenish hue" the C3 sadly has.
So for more lume the best way is one or two layers more of BGW9!
Yes, but not as easy as it may seem. In the end illumination is a result of the % of lume per volume.
That is easy to accommodate on dial and bezel but for instance watch hands have a limit due to weight that otherwise can affect time keeping and movement performance.
Solution usually is a wider lumed area so that volume is more but there are always design restrictions.

Anxiously awaiting the Pics and Pre-order of the white dial, with the Version A modern handset.
I'am just a bit concerned that the hour and second hands will have an acceptable contrast in the daylight, and if not, the framing can still be darkened before production.
I have total faith in Maria and Borealis, as they appear to be driven by producing a quality tool diver.

Pre-order has not started yet only once prototypes are ready. As in all watch industry delays can and will occur.
Factory has finished producing the ceramic bezel inserts and are now in the process of filling them with lume and they have to make sure that lume color will be same as in watch hands and dial. As there are different factories producing each of those components takes time to get a balanced result.
Hopefully next week we will have some photos provided by factory.

The double domed sapphire glass looks excellent and provides watch a very retro look.
Be aware not all details are correct as the crown is not engraved.

Just a tad shorter. We had to use stock hands or costs would be very high and prices would sky rocket to $500.00 a watch something we do not really want.
