All versions with the orange tip second and minute hands look great, thanks for the update and IMO improvements to the Seafarer II .

That was what I asked earlier, whether all models would have the orange minute hand, and I think it does look good, but some others may want the normal hands, too, I guess .
Am interested in the C3 green model, and I think it looks good with the orange minute hand.
The turbine bezel really changes things ! If not for this, I wasn't really thinking to buy, as apart from the depth rating, the watch looked pretty much like everything else out there.... and too much DSSD.
Really want to see more renders, from all angles.....

Regards,
I'm like you, it's the turbine and new hands to sold me on the project. Initially I wasn't really interested. As you can see on the first page of the thread. I thought that it was looking too "bland" and "generic" and DSSD like.

Now, I'm more and more an BGW9 guy and feel like the greenish hue of the C3 in daylight is a bit "sickish" while BGW9 in my experience lasts longer (but not as bright). Still I totally understand people who prefer a torch that doesn't last million hours (in terms of diving it makes sense: almost no one dives for longer than 2hours, and even if, most of the time will be spent in decomp' at shallow depths (5m, 2m... ) where you can see very easily.

Absolutely love the black dial combo TURBINE bezel with the orange minute hand, and orange tip second hand.
I do have a concern however, that the bracelet taper of 24 to 20mm width will not provide enough wrist stability for such a thick, heavier diver.
Also, please make sure this bracelet design will include more removeable links or half links than the Scorpionfish bracelet did, so a sub 7" wrist can wear it comfortably.
Thanks again Maria for all your caring, and looking forward to another great pre-order pricing opportunity.

I doubt this will look good on a sub 7'' wrist anyway [...] we still have to see the lugs design but a 44x53 its a big watch regardless its lug design...

I agree with my fellow WiT roadwarrior add the orange tip to the second hand as this would bring it in or compliment the orange minute hand very nicely.

Something to consider is a ratcheting clasp for a perfect fit for all wrists.

this does look good...
I'll just add that superdomes looks superb with turbine bezels, so if there's any chance for a real bubble sapphire - that would be great. If not - let's freeze the project and send it to factory:]

Well, not necessarily a full on dome à la Armida A1, but a significant dome, if that's not too expensive (I believe you said it was actually less expensive than a flatter one, Maria?), that'd be perfect and match very well with the turbine bezel!

24mm-20mm taper is important, especially now with the turbine bezel, to ensure the watch has some sort of refinement to it. Rolex deep dive watches have such strong tapering (even stronger, actually), and so does the Borealis Scorpionfish, and it's certainly not unbalanced in any way at all. There's never a problem there. The taper needs to stay to help balance out the harshness of the turbine bezel.

Not necessarily.
Yes, it's a big watch, but this will really depend on the curvature of the lugs. If it has a decent curve to the lugs, it will still be wearable for smaller wrists.
I have a Maranez BWB Speciale, and it has a 58mm L2L, but nicely curved down lugs. My wrist is just over 6.5 ", and it is wearable.
As for the domed sapphire, a slight dome is more than sufficient. Again, my BWB Speciale is also 17.5mm thick with slightly domed sapphire. Still fine on the wrist, but heavy !!!

Some good news to share. As case will be custom made we are taking time to work out all technical designs and to make watch wearing comfortable on wrists.

We have managed to reduce height and keep it resistant to 4000m. Total height of watch will be of 15.7mm
