Quality seems good with watch parts aside movement made in China and assembled in Suíçe.

Very nice quality watch with premium quality. It is manufactured me thinks in China but as owner is German quality has to be there from what I could see in photos and Oceanictime pictures.

Such a nice diver's watch! My favorite diver's watch from Citizen is the Citizen ‘Orca’ BN0015-07E.
Maybe one day will be able to buy one. For now can only admire it in photos.
