Sorry to say but this watch is ugly. Make it with a Avenger II GMT (GMT hand aside) and a chapter ring with a 12-59 scale for the minutes chapter ring. The seconds hand could be like this avenger or even using shape of the Avenger II GMT hand as the seconds!
