Glad to know your watch arrived! Be aware the sapphire insert is manually applied so there are certain tolerances during assembly.

The tolerances at assembly state that margin should be of about 3 degrees maximum. If it is more than that we can look at it for you.
That was what I had understood. And to be honest, if there's a one degree deviation it's the maximum... And really, as it's minute, it can only be seen when looking directly at it. I can more than easily live with it, and it might even come as a plus, since it's making my watch unique!!!

Thanks for making such nice watches, and for the quality of service, Maria!

Maria, these turned out great,I like this one so much deciding what other color I have to get,fit and finish is outstanding and on par with watches that cost twice the amount that are in my collection,if I could use only one word to sum this one up ,Beautiful! Sorry for the wrap took a few quick shots.

Queer 4 Watches

Hi Maria

I Just received my blue on blue and I can't believe the quality, detail, and how well balanced this blue beast rides on my 7 1/2 manly wrist. This beauty fits perfectly into my collection as the brutus of the pack...

CLF = Watch 9.75 & Band 9.5

Functionality = 9.75 the watch and band work well together

Design = 9.5 very manly

Quality = 9.5 no issues to report

Value = 9 you would need to pay 2-4x to find its equal

Positive = I feel like one of 0.01 wealthy owning this 4000m deep diver

Negative = More gym time required to balance this monstrosity

Sidebar: My girlfriend laughed at me when I informed her of the depth rating of 4000m. Interestingly, this did not impress her as much as I thought... :)

Many Thanks!!!
Joe from Canada

Dear guys and Borealis,
this looks great. I may suggest (maybe for the next iteration - or Seafare 2.5) to put the date window between the hour markers or somewhere else, so that there the hour markers are complete and more banced looking. Like in 45° or 30° position, or slightly next to an hour marker, or over the 6. There are quite some possibilies. Maybe also matching colors.
What do you think?
Besides I really like to have a date on a watch.

When resizing your bracelet, be careful, guys!
Indeed, yesterday I decided to try with one less link, see how it would go. When detaching the clasp from the bracelet, the spring bar did jump out of my grasp (and I couldn't find it again, it's probably fallen between two floorboards). Anyway, I go for replacing it and... kaboom, all of the spring bars I had in that length (20mm, because of the taper) were too fat!
Eventually I found one model that was thin enough (from the bracelet of a Bostok, in case you loose yours and need a replacement), but that wasn't easy.

So careful, don't loose that clasp/bracelet spring bar, it may be a pain to replace it!

Other than that, I'm very pleased with the bracelet and clasp, they're sturdy, heavy enough for the watch to be balanced, and the ratcheting extension is very nice (too short for proper diving, but perfect for adjusting on warm days!)

Great pics of a great watch, #RoadWarrior !

The turbine bezel really created a very different, and beautifully rugged looking deep diver !

Enjoy your watch, mate.

These came out great! Whatever factory partners you are working with for the seafarer and estoril, don't change them! Really astounding quality.

cross posted from WUS:

got my blue today and sized it, then removed the screws and loctite'd them. Only had trouble with one screw, the rest were nice and smooth, unlike my recent nightmare sizing my Pantor. It was a relief after that last one, and this watch has already won big points with me for that. My bezel is just a shade off, like enough that no one else would notice, but I will, but also not enough to make me insane. Feels good with no back play or spring. Also points for 3 positions for the spring bar on the diver's extension. I got a perfect fit using those, and will only need to use the diver's extension if I eat something salty for lunch.

The bracelet is nice. It's also an area where I think you can tell that this isn't a watch costing more. Everything else is pretty top notch. We'll see how accurate the 9015 in this one is after a few days.

Basically, I have no real gripes and I think this watch is a super value at the selling price. I don't think I'll be looking at any more blue divers. Pretty pleased with this one so far.

nice lume also. Not flame thrower bright like a good C3 but the watch looks much nicer in the light with the BGW9.

And it lasts better, I'd say. In the first few minutes C3 is clearly brighter. After half an hour, there's a match. And 3 or 4 hours later, BGW9 outshines its brother.

As for time keeping, mine has arrived one week ago and it's lost 17 second over that period. So it loses about 2.5 second a day. Very decent, even if I'd have preferred a gain of similar proportions...

Received my Seafarer II and it flat out rocks. This is my third and my initial impression is very, very positive.

I took a few fast and dirty cell pics right out of the box.

The last pic is next to the Megalodon that happened to be on my wrist at the time.

Very pleased.

Many thanks to the Borealis team for this outstanding new offering.

I've worn mine the last two days. I like it even better now than the day I opened it. This is a very nicely thought out wristwatch.

Had a problem with my SF-II ratcheting clasp, emailed a Pic to Maria, and within 24 hours a new bracelet was on the way to me.
Received it today, sized the bracelet within minutes thanks to the screwed links and micro adjustable clasp. The Blue/Orange combo is fantastic looking, fits very comfortably on my 7" wrist, and overall this is one of Borealis's best, IMHO. Better yet, Borealis's customer service and caring, is every bit as good as these amazing timepieces. Thank you Maria, for the total exceptional package.

Just a almost two week follow up on my SFII. My hats off to Maria and team Borealis. Love it. Super comfy to wear.

Any spherical high domed replacements in the future? I bet it would go 6000m with fat one.

So although I love the looks and quality of my blue-orange Seafarer II, after some wearing I must conclude that I find it too large for me...

If there is anyone in the EU interested in my watch please send me a PM.
