Agreed both hours and minutes hands look a bit too small, but I reckon that the impact of the minute hand (which is absolutely minuscule) may play a role in our perception of the hours hand size... It needs to be checked with the new minutes hand before rushing to change the hours hand...

Yummy!!! The turbine bezel is really looking good, and so do the colours. Maybe the orange on the hand could pop more and be a tad lighter, but keeping in mind that these are not the final hands, I'd say wait and see on that point.

Isn't that SM300 black? Sure some reflections are blue-ish, but I guess the blue Estoril will look a bit like that... but in a blue that will be several shades lighter.

That proto is already looking great. Improve the lume on the hands and make that blue lighter and you'll really have a winner. Just a passing remark, I think that the straps would be a better match to the style of the watch is the leather is "smooth" and not textured... Not a deal breaker, though.

Yeah, I think that's an optical illusion caused by light reflection. The insert has a sort of chamfer around it, and that reflects the light more directly.

Looking real good. The sapphire insert really does the job! It's a modernized thing but it really keeps the vibe of the old plexi insert!

You very probably still can ask Maria to change your preorder to another version if you're so inclined. No actual production is done or anything yet, so that almost certainly would be much of a problem!!

I've pre-ordered a blue dial/blue+orange bezel... And the pics sort of make me feel like that was quite possibly the best choice for me. Can't say for others, though.
